I am no longer updating the www.runwalkjog.com  and will be closing it down after 18 years.  I want to thank the running community for there support over the last 18 years and was happy to provide a service that was used by over a million runners all over the world.  I have been downsizing over the past few years and have not had the time to continue updating.  Thank you for your support and I hope you will continue to use the 4 Year Running Planner as I will continue to keep it updated.
