Runners tackle the 2.9 mile, 800 ft. climb first. The course is run on single and double track trails through scenic Lone Pine State Park. Several divisions for youth, women and men. NEW Special division for participants running with their favorite dog ( on a leash of course). Registration begins at 9:30. Cost is $12.00 per entrant. Music, food and prizes afterwards! Events include a 10 Run, 5K Run, 5K Walk, and 1 Mile Kid's Run. Registration starts at 8:00AM, and the 10K and 5K events begin at 9:00AM. All participants receive a free t-shirt, free beef barbecue meal, and a chance to win $100 in Sidney Chamber Bucks along with other door prizes. Sidney Health Center's Centennial Celebration will run in conjunction with this year's run, so there will be much more for you to enjoy after all of the events. The 10k starts at 10 am (bus begins loading at 9 am); the 5k starts at 10:30 am (bus begins loading at 9:30 am), and 1 mile starts at 11:30 am (begins and ends at Peterson School). The 10k and 5k have a scenic (mostly) downhill course with a portion following Rails-to-Trails. Cost is $12 per person or $40 for a family of four and $6 per addtional family member. Price includes a student-designed t-shirt and a meal. There will be prizes for all kids participating in the race and awards for 1st - 3rd place finishers in all divisions. Fun kids carnival 10:30 - 1:30. All proceeds of this year's Fall Fest will go towards the purchase of new playground equipment to replace our failing equipment. |

This scenic fall race will begin along the Boulder River at the Boulder Forks Fishing Access approximately 1 mile south of McLeod, MT, wind through the Raw Deal Ranch, pass through the ever-quaint town of McLeod and Montana's own Road Kill Cafй, and return to savor the awe-inspiring views of the Boulder River Valley. The run terrain will be a mixture of flat ground as well as gentle sloping hills of asphalt and dirt road. Top winners will receive “Raw Deals” (Montana meat and produce packages). |

CASA (court appointed special advocates) trains and supports volunteers in the 1st Judicial District to advocate for the best interests of children involved in abuse and neglect trials. The purpose of the event is both to support the cost of our intensive training and to raise awareness of the children who continue to wait in the foster care system for safe, permanent homes. Registration for the Run/Walk is $15 for adults, $7 for kids, and $3 for dogs who are welcome to join the walk. Participants are encouraged to gather pledges as well, especially because $20 in pledges waives one registration fee.
