This trailer was build in 2004 and Everything in side was built to code
with the Department of Health services. Such as the 3-stainless sinks
and 1-hand wash sink. It has stainless top and bottom. There are two
Awnings One in the Front and one in the back. All the windows are
screened in. The front window has a slinding glass serving window. Nice
storage area up in the gooseneck area. Trailer is also equipped with a
"Old Hickory Pit Model EL-ED" 2004 Model which will hold 750 LB of Meat.
There are 4 racks and each contain 3 more racks. Also a Coleman Roof
Mount Air Conditioner 13,500 BTU. Under the cabinets is a Shurflo 2008
Industrial Series Water Pump, a Suburban Hot Water On Demand Gas Water
Heater and a 80 gallon freshwater tank and still plenty of room in the
other cabinets for your supplies.
This trailer is also kept under roof in a Building built just for it.
