to the to the box type concession trailer and we are very proud of what
we sell our trailers are built by a master craftsman with many years of
construction experience, they are not mass produced, on average it takes
us eight weeks to build one unit we build them one at a time special
care is given to every detail and we try to build a trailer that is easy
to maintain and that is easy to keep clean and along with that, we want
it to look good to that said, let me tell you about our trailer it has
three wash sinks one hand wash sink a 21 gal freshwater holding tank
located inside a 36 gal wastewater tank located outside and under the
unit a on demand 110 volt water pump about a dozen electrical outlets a
100 amp breaker box with ample breakers plenty of lights inside and
outside smooth washable material on all of the inside walls, countertop,
and ceiling overhead shelving all the way around on the inside full
countertop upper and lower on both sides we left the right side counter
top open you will be able to install most of your table top equipment
here if you need to install floor standing equipment in this area a
section of this counter can be removed all of the side windows open this
allows you to serve at any of the side windows we also put special
sliding serving windows on both sides you will find that having windows
all around gives a sense of openness and allows you to maintain eye
contact with your customers the light makes everything look much cleaner
remember you will be spending a lot of your time here in my trailer or
someone else's do you remember that dark closed in feeling? with our
trailers it's gone we have installed a self contained fresh water
system, the trailer also has a city or tap water system no change over
necessary to use just hook up to the tap water and you are set to go we
have installed serving shelves on the outside that run the full length
of the windows as stated above you can open any window and serve at any
point along either side the serving shelves fold up during transit
giving you an extra measure of protection for the windows the trailer
has electric brakes new wheels and new tires tows well with a 1/2 ton
