EVENT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: Flat course on paved trails through beautiful historic cemetery and arboretum (over 100 years old). For safety reasons, please do not bring pets. (Strollers are permitted if starting behind runners and faster walkers). Timed 5K event for race runners and walkers. Chip timing by Speedy-Feet. Shorter course loops available for recreational walkers (no chip timing).

EARLY PACKET PICK-UP: Get your race packet prior to race day at Hospice Care of Middletown, 3909 Central Ave., Middletown, OH 45044, Friday, May 12th from 10a-4p and Saturday, May 13th from 9a-12noon.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING: Woodside Cemetery & Arboretum, 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown located at intersection of State Rt. 4 and 14th Ave., approx. 3 miles north of SR63 west, I75 exit #29, or less than 1 mile south of downtown Middletown on Rt. 4. (Access from Middletown exit #32, SR122 or Monroe exit #29, SR63.) Parking will be available across Rt. 4 at Rosa Parks Elementary School and Barnitz Stadium. Volunteers will be on hand to direct parking.

REGISTRATION FEES: Pre-Registered (by May 1st for shirt, May 8th w/o shirt): Registration Fee: $15.00 pre-registered; $17.00 Race Day. No registration fee for children 5 and under. Corporate and Civic Group discounts available. Please contact Judy Vincent at 513-594-9714 for details. Goody bags to first 150 registered. Check-in and race day registration begin at 7:30 AM. Results and pictures will be posted on the race website: www.speedy-feet.com.

T-SHIRT OPTION PRICES: $5.00 Cotton T-Shirt (unisex); $7.00 Performance T-Shirt (men’s and women’s styles) (Race Day Registration T-Shirts will be on a first-come, first-served basis as supplies last). Please see the shirt sizing chart on the back of this form to select proper size (shirt sizes are not guaranteed).

AWARDS RUNNERS: Overall Male/Female; Top 3 M/F in age groups 12 and under, 13-19, then 5 yr. groups through 76-79, then 80+     WALKERS: Top 3 each male and female; Top M/F in age groups under 29, 30-49, 50-69, 70-79, 80+
(If you plan to run any of the course, you must sign up as a runner.) Special gift for mothers walking or running

POST-RACE: Food and Drinks and lots of door prizes (must be present to win). Water station during race event.
