Join JMU Archery and the Association for Information Systems (AIS) for the Hunger Games 5K!

Like running? Ever wanted to shoot a bow and arrow? Run and shoot with us through the JMU arboretum for your chance to have fun and win prizes! Enjoy bows, arrows, prizes, and Cheerwine in the Cornucopia at the end of the race. No experience is necessary and we'll be providing all equipment!

Happy Hunger Games 5k and may the odds be ever in your favor!

When: Saturday, November 15th, 2014

Where: Edith J. Carrier Arboretum at JMU (780 University Blvd, Harrisonburg, VA, 22807)

Time: 12:00 p.m.

Registration: Register online at www.runwalkjog.com.

Fees: $15 pre-registration/$20 day of race

T-shirts: Guaranteed FREE t-shirts for the first 50 people to register for the race

Prizes: Will be awarded to overall top female/male runners for youth and adult. There will also be a prize for best costume.

Race Day:

Registration and check-in at 12:00 p.m. on the front lawn neat the entrance of the Edith J. Carrier Arboretum at JMU (780 University Blvd, Harrisonburg, VA, 22807).

- Parking will be available in the Convo F, Convo G, R5, and the two Arboretum lots.

- Cheerwine will be provided

- Prizes will be distributed in the Arboretum pavilion

I, intending to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, next of kin, executors and administrators, voluntarily assume all risks of accident or injury and release and forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the JMU Club Archery team and the Association for Information Systems officers, sponsors and volunteers and agents (collectively, the released parties), from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind sustained during "The Hunger Games 5K." I have full knowledge of the risks involved and attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the Athletic Event.
