Customer Reviews I did purchase the 2001-2004 RUNNING PLANNER. In the past I have kept a log book, one year at a time but it's been great having four years in one place. It helps me to monitor my progress over certain annual running events. Now that I'm a diabetic, it has become even more important for me to record and hold myself accountable to exercise. I set weekly goals (but don't always meet them), but each week, month and year becomes a challenge. In bad weather (cold, wet or hot), the planner helps to keep me going, when my body wants to stay home. Looking forward to the next four years, thanks, Henry D. I gave my boyfriend one 2000-2004 and he absolutely loves ... it's his "bible"; he cannot do without! I've been checking your website to order one and it still says that it is unavailable. Please advise if I will be able to get this one before Christmas! Do you have plans to publish a 2005-2008 log? I use the current one and love it. It makes a quick reference to the past races. I'm hoping the new one is available soon. Training records will help you record and monitor your running progress. You will find that it is easier to reach your planned goals whether they are long term or short term. Your training results from the past will aid you in setting your goals of the future. This training log contains a number of aids to help you monitor your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly progress. Included in this log are daily charts with calendars, monthly calendars, yearly calendars with graphs, personal record charts and race result charts. You will also find that there is plenty of extra space for notes, pictures, newspaper clippings and any other training information you feel is necessary for your personal benefit. The main purpose of this training diary is to allow you to personalize your training records to fit your needs.
