4/3/07 The Vandy Mile Bonanza Open One Mile, Kids One Mile, Fraternity/Sorority 4 X 400m Relay Vanderbilt University Track on Natchez Trace, Nashville TN Rob Whiting 904-206-0866 http://studentorgs.vanderbilt.edu/vss/ rob.whiting@vanderbilt.edu The Vandy Mile Bonanza is open to both the Vanderbilt & Nashville communities and will have multiple one mile races split up by running ability. Additionally, it will feature a sorority and fraternity 4 x 400m relay. It will not be open to high school competition. CHEAP REGISTRATION: $10 mail/$11 online (Kids One Mile: $5/$6) There will be awards for each mile heat, including running shoes from Team Nashville for the top male and female miler. Also, we will have "rabbits" pacing the races. Should a runner beat the rabbit, the rabbit will donate $75 to the charity and pay the race winner $25. There will be pizza, drinks and snacks, and great 'DORE PRIZES from Starbucks, Mambu, Jackson's, Green Hills Cinema, and much more! All proceeds will benefit the Vanderbilt Students for Students (VSS) Scholarship Fund. The scholarship will be awarded to an underprivileged student at Pearl-Cohn H.S.
