The entry fee is $15 by Sept. 6. From Sept. 7 – 15, the fee is $20. Entry packets, which contain race information and a T-shirt, can be picked up from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13, and Friday, Sept. 14, at the Fort Worth Running Company at 3619 Byers Ave. in Fort Worth. Participants also can register on Sept. 15, from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. The 5K run/walk will be chip-timed, and runners can pick up their chips before 7:30 a.m. on race day. Another event on Saturday will be a 1K run/walk that starts at 7:45 a.m. Children 10 years of age and younger can run/walk free in this event. The race course for both events will start and end on Packer Street between Exchange Avenue and Stockyards Boulevard in the Fort Worth Stockyards.
