Week ending Jan 6, 2007 Sunday: Did Not Run Today Total miles for the week: 27 1/2 miles Weight: 239 lbs Very Good week with one day off. Had a very good week with my diet. My left ribs have been a little sore. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week ending Jan 13, 2007 Sunday: 4.5 miles treadmill / 8:20 pace Total miles for the week: 40 (best week in years) Weight: 232 lbs loss of 7 lbs this week Best week in years. Really motivated. Current streak is 13 days for 68.5 miles. treadmill Total miles for the week: 38.25 Weight: 229 lbs loss of 3 lbs this week Current streak is 20 days for 105 miles. Left side around the ribs still sore. Ran with a cold most of the week but still felt really good. 8:34 pace Date: January 27, 2007 Total miles for the week: 35.75 Weight: 228.5 lbs loss of .5 lbs this week Current streak running is 27 days for 141 miles. Left side around the ribs still sore which goes away when I stop taking the protonix. This has been a really great month. I have lost a total of 32 lbs and my body is holding up great.
