Total miles for the week: 33.75 miles

Weight: 224 lbs loss of 3.5 lbs this week

Current streak is 34 days for 175 miles.  Felt really good this week.  Tried to stay off the road and run trails.  Still waiting for treadmill repairman.

Monday: off / Stomach really upset / end of great streak
Tuesday: off / Groin Strain and upset stomach / body starting to pay for running on the road
Wednesday:3 miles easy road / No energy / snow & very cold / 10:26 pace
Thursday: 8 miles road / stomach feeling better / groin still a little sore / 9:17 pace
Friday: 4.25 miles road / stomach and groin ok / 8:32 pace / last mile 7:31 PR for year
Saturday: 6 miles trails and road / ran 2 miles on trails and 4 road / 8:08 pace on road PRY

The course was very fast until the last 2 miles.  Wind and slight hills kept time down.  Very, Very, Very, Cold and Windy.

Total miles for the week: 26.25 miles

Weight: 223 lbs 27.5% fat / loss of 1 lb this week

Ended a great streak.  Felt really good at the end of the week.  Groin strain and upset stomach kept the miles down at the beginning of the week.

Sunday: 3 miles road / warmer today 20 / no energy & sore from race / 10:02 Pace
Monday: 4 miles road / 8:33 pace
Tuesday: off snow storm
Wednesday: off due to weather / needed the rest
Thursday: 3 miles easy / snow covered roads / groin, ankle sore and migrane.
Friday: 4 miles road / felt good today no pains / cold and windy / 8:17 pace
Saturday: 3 miles road / snow, ice and slush / 8:24 pace

Total miles for the week: 17.5 miles

Weight: 225 lbs 27.5% fat / gained 2 lbs this week.  Not enough miles.

Groin still a little sore this week.  Treadmill still not repaired.

Sunday: 6 miles road / felt really good today / 8:38 pace / last 3 miles at a 7:58 pace
Monday: 4 miles road / no energy / 20 mph winds / 9:07 pace
Tuesday: 3 miles road / 40
and rain / legs and groin sore / 8:50 pace
Wednesday: 8 miles road / 8:55 pace
Thursday: need to take some time off due to groin strain
Friday: off due to groin strain
Saturday: off due to groin strain

Total miles for the week: 21.25 miles

Weight: 221.5 lbs 27.5% / loss of 3.5 lbs this week.

Running to many miles on the road has taken a toll on my legs.  Still waiting for treadmill repairman.  I was told they are really backed up.  Spring will be here before the treadmill is repaired.  I will probably have to take a few more days off next week.
